For the last 25 years I have been directly involved in and responsible for the sales and commercial functions within organisations working in the building services and energy sectors, specifically FM, M&E installation, energy services and renewables. Typically in a dual role managing both front line teams in B2B/B2C but also bid and operations teams, where it is not uncommon to track tender and sales opportunities over months and years from concept to contract management. The cost to any organization to do this is usually high and therefore the risk to failure is also high, being able to mitigate this risk and wherever possible guarantee success has been my sole purpose and has enabled me to develop robust and adaptable developmental plans for businesses in this sector, whether you are construction, M&E, hard or soft services providers my experience offers a strong, durable and solid base on which to either take your sales to the next level or enhance and improve existing approaches.
